Rich Pereira

Rich Pereira has more than 18 years of experience in private fund management, executive business and financial leadership.   He started working in Business Advisoryin May 2012 to serve as head for the firm’s new division, Business Advisory Services.  In this role, he is responsible for running a team of advisors specializing in small and mid-sized companies and funds in the growth and transition processes of their companies.  Specifically around the financial management related to investing, banking, accounting, and tax.  Rich is based in the New York City metropolitan area and spends a considerable amount of time supporting clients in NY, Texas and throughout the country. His current clients include several mid size companies and funds in the Transportation, Energy, Insurance, Manufacturing, Apparel and Consumer Finance industries.  Rich has advised owners and managers in  several hundred transactions across a broad industry base. He currently advising in Business Development and Strategic Coaching.
